Let's face it, for the price, you would expect barely even real metal, let alone actual cutting ability. I was surprised and shocked to find this knife actually useful. The fit and finish seems very nice and with the flick of a finger, the knife opens and closes very easily. I've bought other knives for under $10 before and they definitely felt flimsy. This one feels secure and I could likely use this for camping or cleaning a deer. The serrated edge is perfect for cutting through skin or other difficult membranes. I also really like the bottle opener at the base for opening beers.

This is now my new favorite knife and I will use it for all things camping.

Really love this knife. It is my first knife so I don't have anything to compare it too but it is sturdy and very sharp (hurts just to be poked with) my only issue is that it is a bit difficult for me to open but I am also not a strong person and my husband has no issue opening it.
