The panels are 10" wide and 12" long with a shooter's cut (the corners are removed to make it easier to position your rifle). It provides NIJ level IIIA protection, which means it will stop all handgun rounds up to a .44 Magnum. The panel is 10 inches by 12 inches and weighs just 20 ounces (1.25 lbs).
