This unique 12 Gauge shotshell from Federal’s Black Cloud TSS line of ammunition is loaded with a 1 1/4 ounce mixture of two if its Minnesotan manufacturer’s high performance shot pellets. Forty percent of the shot is cutting edge (literally) FliteStopper BB pellets, which have sharp annuli orbiting their middles that enable them to very effectively slice through a waterfowl’s coarse plumage and wreak havoc within its body. The remaining 60 percent is TSS #7 shot, which is made of a tungsten alloy that is over two times denser than steel to ensure its long range and superior impact energy. With the powerful combined spread that this shell provides, the only thing standing between you and your canard à l'orange dinner is the orange.

This shell’s 50+ yard range is due in part to its FliteControl Flex wad, which creates an exceptionally tight and consistent pattern no matter the waterfowl choke you’ve affixed to your shotgun’s muzzle. The shell’s fast burning propellant creates a high velocity blast, and its lead-free Catalyst primer preserves the environment during ignition.
