  The Gun itself IS NJ compliant but the 4-13rd magazines are not, you could order this and have buds pull the banned magazines l, but they will not replace them with state compliant 10rders l, so you would only get the gun 1-10rd mag, the bugout bag, and the med kit.
  Or you can buy the state compliant version that only comes with 10rd magazines, but you won't get the bugout bag and the med kit.

  Efren, the Bud Out Bundle is discounted from S&W and Buds has a bit in stock. Buds prices are tied to stock level so low stock gun only packages will be higher that higher stocked similar models. Cheers and stay safe!

• Q: I put this item in layaway a few days ago, My price in layaway is $559.65, which includes $16.30 for no cash discount.
  Today I see the new price on the website is $549.99 cash or retail.
  Am I out the difference?
  I normally wouldn't bother much about 10 bucks, but I'm already losing 4 mags on the deal because it's shipping to NJ, and only 1 mag can ship.
  Starting to think I should call and cancel this order.

  Jose, yes sir. This includes 5 magazines total, four 13 round magazines and one 10 round magazine, first aid kit, bug out bag and the pistol is optics ready and Includes tritium night sights. If you Google the upc 022188889925 you can find better pictures and information. Hope this helps.
