I was completely amazed by this item. I picked it up as a Christmas gift for a friend who fancies himself a bit of a survivor and I have to say I'm incredibly impressed. The Gladius Machete is light, agile and one heckuva cutter and thruster. I tried out its abilities on a few water bottles and it produced some of the smoothest cuts I've seen, and I've handled many higher end bladed weapons. It's an amazing deal, lots of bang for the buck.
