Canik MC9LS Flying Aces: WWII Warbird Art on a Carry 9mm
The short version: Distributor Zanders Sporting Goods is bringing a special-edition version of Canik's METE MC9LS to dealers, dressed in multicolor Cerakote artwork inspired by World War II warplanes.

Called the Flying Aces, this edition keeps the standard MC9LS mechanics and changes only the exterior. Zanders says the vintage-aircraft graphics are laser-ablated Cerakote applied as a factory-original design, not an aftermarket refinish. That distinction matters if you want a true special edition rather than a custom-shop job.
Underneath, buyers get the familiar package: a striker-fired 9mm with a 3.64-inch barrel, 17+1 capacity, a slide cut for optics and a magazine catch that can be swapped for left-handed shooters. Zanders announced the gun on October 22 and says it is the first distributor to carry it.
The box is fairly complete for a carry pistol, with two magazines, a holster, a hard case, a cleaning kit and a tool kit included. No price was given, so check current listings before committing. If you care only about function, the regular MC9LS offers the same specs in a plainer finish; the Flying Aces is for buyers who want the artwork too.
